DREAM application procedure

1. Which documents are required to apply to the Dream Master Programme?

The required documents for the online application are listed here.

2. Do I need to send original documents?

No original documents are requested at the application stage. However, if you are selected, you may be asked later to send original documents to register in the consortium institutions.

3. I do not have a passport yet. How can I complete my application?

If you are selected, you will of course need a passport. However, at the application stage, if you do not have a passport yet, you can upload an official identity card. In order to be considered for the scholarship, we absolutely need a copy of a document certifying your country of citizenship.

4. I am going to graduate after the deadline. Can I apply?

You can apply if you expect to graduate before 31 July for non European students (or 30 September for European students) of the year of application. You must submit an official confirmation letter from your university stating an expected graduation date. It should have department letterhead and/or an official university seal and signature. Final admission is subject to graduation. Failure to graduate cancels your admission.

5. I am already enrolled in another Master Programme, can I apply for DREAM?

Yes, you can.

6. Can I apply by email?
An application submitted only by email will NOT be considered at all.  All documents must be submitted through the online application platform in order to be considered by the selection committee.
7. Proof of residence : what document is accepted ?

Either of the following documents can be accepted:

    a residence certificate issued by the applicant's city hall / local authority (with a certified English translation made by sworn translator)
    a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question (with a certified English translation made by sworn translator)
    NB: Proof of residence must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD student scholarship.
