Reference Letter

Yes, when you fill in the online application, you are asked to provide the names and e-mail addresses of two referees. Make sure to write their information properly.
They will receive an automatic e-mail after the submission of your application, asking them to upload recommendation letters onto the system. It is important that you check with them that they indeed received this e-mail, this letter may arrive in their junk mail.
The reference letters must be uploaded before the application deadline, otherwise your application will not be considered complete.
By the application deadline, at least one academic reference letter must be submitted. The second reference letter is optional and can be academic or industrial. However, submitting a second reference letter can add value to your application and improve your ranking during the selection.

Only reference letters written on letterhead paper, stamped and signed will be considered as official.

If you have submitted your online application, you can check it by consulting your DREAM online application account. The status of the recommendation letters will be indicated. In addition, an e-mail will be sent to you after each recommendation letter is uploaded.

We do not send reminders to referees. It is up to you to remind them to send the letters. Letters must be on university / company letterhead paper.
