Reference Letter

1. Will the online application system automatically send a message to the referees requesting the recommendation letter?

Yes, when you fill in the online application, you are asked to provide the names and e-mail addresses of two referees. Make sure to write their information properly.
They will receive an e-mail after the submission of your application, asking them to upload recommendation letters onto the system. It is important that you check with them that they indeed received this e-mail, this letter may arrive in their junk mail.
The reference letters must be uploaded before the application deadline, otherwise your application will not be considered complete.
